I qualified as a yoga teacher in 2008 with the Chi Yoga School. I am also a Holistic Wellbeing Coach; I have an Advanced Diploma in Psychotherapeutic Counselling, I am a qualified Hypnotherapist, a Reiki Practitioner and offer Indian Head Massage. I consider your needs as a whole, drawing on all my qualifications to offer a personalised, all-round therapeutic treatment to suit you and your needs.
In February 2018 I trained as a mental health first aid instructor with MHFA England, enabling me to offer the 2 day Adult Mental Health First Aid courses for individuals and businesses.
I want to encourage people to “feel good” within themselves. I have come to learn the importance of self-care and self-help and how bad we can be at that, with lives getting more and more busy and technology encouraging us to always be connected and never switch off! After years searching to achieve a more positive mental and physical health, I have found yoga, meditation and holistic therapies have certainly helped to facilitate this for me personally. I continue to learn that this is all a journey for every one of us and by no means a destination, nor does one size fit all! Afterall it is important to do the right yoga for your body not mine!
I sincerely look forward to welcoming you to Feel Good Studios in the near future.
