This is suitable for complete beginners or those who have had some experience of yoga.
An Ashtanga influenced class with emphasis on core and overall body strength. Some previous yoga experience recommended.
Flow & Stretch Class
A yoga class that will incorporate mini flow sequences. Great for building a home yoga self-practice!
This is a gentle and supported way to do yoga. It encourages mobility and flexibility whilst predominantly seated. Occasionally some supported standing poses can be included but the class is catered to you and so suitable for all.
This is a class focusing on a number of yoga poses, breathing exercises and a deep relaxation to finish. It is gentle and suitable for all abilities.
Amelia will take you through a number of breathing exercises and yoga moves to enhance your feel good factor and nurture your overall wellbeing. This will be gentle, nourishing and deeply relaxing. Suitable for all abilities.
This class focuses on quietening the mind enough to come into the present. We will focus on breath and movement together. This will therefore be a slower paced class and encourage a more inward focus. Suitable for all abilities.
Yoga with Emma Kelly
Join my gentle yoga and relaxation programme, Thursdays 7-8.15pm. This class is designed for busy people who need some “me” time to relax and renew the body and quieten and calm the busy mind. This class will give you the time to be in a calm, quiet environment to move the body in a way that feels good and releases tension. You will experience deep relaxation and rest to nourish and restore the body and mind. These classes are great if you are experiencing stress, anxiety and sleep problems. Beginners to yoga welcome.
